Brunsfeld organised finance for a number of developments of four bedroom houses with a leading residential developer in Dublin. Built in areas of mature housing, these A-Rated, high-specification, modern houses  were very well received by the market and achieved sales values considerably above the local area average.

This finance was arranged through an international fund who provided finance for all of the development and construction works to facilitate the efficient completion of the units on site.

Furthermore, Brunsfeld is working with this developer to bring c. 100 houses to market in the next 12 months in the Greater Dublin Area. These houses would largely be in the starter to mid-market range.
