Brunsfeld arranged finance for a mixed portfolio of residential development, and commercial and residential rental income properties. While most of these assets were new purchases for the borrower, some of the portfolio involved the refinance of private equity previously arranged by Brunsfeld that could now be migrated to commercial lending following the successful granting of planning permission.
