The demand for these ILU developments is especially strong from retirees wishing to downsize to more manageable properties. ILU’s offer greater security, peace of mind and a sense of community as well as maintaining a level of independence.

This first facility funded is adjacent to a care home, thereby offering first class therapeutic and nursing care on the doorstep for the elderly. The scheme has been completed and handed over to the managing body, a Tier III Government Approved Housing Body.
