A boutique development of houses in the desirable Newlands neighbourhood of Clondalkin, a suburb of West Dublin with strong city centre transport links and excellent access the national motorway network. The local housing stock is largely mature with over 70% of the housing stock built between 1960 and 2000. However, the average age of residents in the area is younger than the national average, with 61% of the local population under 34 as compared to 50% nationally.
