The subject site, located in the heart of South County Dublin in a prime residential area of largely mature housing appealed to families looking to trade up to large four-bedroom houses with generous entertaining space, as well as to professionals looking for an urban retreat yet with excellent transport links in to the city.
The loan finance, secured through an international real estate debt specialist, provided for the development of a mix of detached and semi-detached houses as well as duplex apartment units. In addition the extant house on site was modernised and redeveloped, and brought to market as a later phase to the development works.
