A boutique development of houses in the desirable Newlands neighbourhood of Clondalkin, a suburb of West Dublin with strong city centre transport links and excellent access the national motorway network. The local housing stock is largely mature with over 70% of the housing stock built between 1960 and 2000. Hence, this build presented an opportunity to develop in an area with significant demand for family housing.
