Brunsfeld sourced funding to acquire an apartment block and commercial unit in Salthill, which had been mismanaged and undervalued by being in long-term receivership.

Following a programme of redevelopment, the units have been relaunched to the market generating income increases of between 50-100% over the historic rents.
